When developing individual vacuum solutions, we focus on transparency for our customers. We take the customer with us – from the initial idea to the final product. All development steps of the mechanical and electrical design are transparent.

In the CAD area, we use Autodesk Inventor®

Autodesk Inventor® is one of the leading 3D CAD software for the design of mechanical components in mechanical engineering, toolmaking and sheet metal processing.

The physical behavior of designed components is mapped using the finite element method (FEM). FEM is a calculation method based on numerical approximation and is the most widely used in engineering sciences.

In the field of electrical design, we use TIA Portal® for the development of the control software. We develop the user interface using WinCC® and VisiWin®.

With these tools, we can extensively test and simulate the systems in advance. This reduces the commissioning time. Subsequent changes to individual process steps can be tested before the updated software is put into operation. This avoids unnecessary downtimes of the production plant.

The user interface can be used intuitively and is individually designed to suit the process and the customer’s needs.
