The development and design process is transparent for the customer at all stages - both in mechanical and electrical design.
In the CAD area, we use Autodesk Inventor®.
Autodesk Inventor is one of the leading 3D design systems for mechanical components in mechanical engineering, toolmaking and sheet metal processing.
In order to be able to represent the physical behaviour of designed components, the finite element method, or FEM for short, is the most widely used calculation method in engineering science, which is based on numerical approximation.

In the field of electrical design, we use TIA Portal® for the development of the control software and WinCC® and VisiWin® for the development of the user interfaces.
With these tools, the systems can be extensively tested and simulated in advance to reduce commissioning time. In this way, even subsequent changes to the process steps can be tested before the updated software is put into operation so that unnecessary downtimes of the production plant are avoided.
The user interface is designed intuitively and is individually tailored to the process and customer requirements.
